If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact Aromyeo with your order ID and clear photos within 3 days of delivery.

Skincare safety

Opened skincare items may not be eligible for return unless the issue is related to damage, incorrect fulfillment, or product condition at arrival. For eligible returns, customers are responsible for courier return costs.
